Upgrading a Merv (1/16 Revo)

This started off as a simple fix, to get this ready to sale and turned into a big project. After replacing the frame, rebuilding the front diff, replacing the rear, replacing front and read bulk heads, the tranny, front and rear arms, replacing wheels and tires I am now working on replacing motor and ESC.

Why you ask? My answer is simple, cause it's cool. The stock motor and esc tend to get hot running them on 3s and a 1/10 motor does not. So I am looking for less heat, more power, and tons more fun!!

I bought a Castle SideWinder V2 combo with a 5700kv motor from Eric, and I am now installing it. I will let you know how this turns out.

I'll post all the parts used and part numbers shortly so stayed tuned for launch times.

Here’s the specs:

Motor Castle Creations 5700kV
ESC Mamba Max
Battery 3S -11.1 Volts
Pinion 31T
Spur 50T
MPH Est 75
